By analysing the signal slightly ahead of time, Limiter ensures peaks never exceed the set ceiling. The Threshold defines the maximum allowed level, while Release controls how quickly the signal recovers after gain reduction.
This makes it easy to dial in transparent limiting for drums, buses, or the mix bus without complex setup.
Input and output gain controls let you drive the signal into the limiter or compensate level afterwards, keeping loudness decisions deliberate and predictable.
